For businesses and organisations that have not worked with the travel trade market before, or have limited experience, we provide a dedicated ‘starter package’, and for those that have more specific needs, b2me provides a range of services to help clients develop business from both the UK domestic market and also in key international markets - North America, Germany, Japan and Benelux. These can either be bought into as a whole package or as individual elements. We know from clients’ feedback that ongoing, one to one activity direct with operators both in the UK and on territory is a proven, cost effective way to build business and increase awareness of client’s product compared to, for example, attending trade exhibitions or workshops.
We also recognise that working in international markets can be daunting for some and part of an annual routine of international travel for others. With this in mind, b2me offers a flexible approach to working with our tour operator and media contacts.
Our experience shows that as well as offering services in international markets, organising sales presentations and events for UK based tour operators is a very effective way of not only raising awareness but also developing ongoing sales.
b2me has extensive experience of managing all aspects of assisted sales presentations on behalf of clients including the Royal Horticultural Society, the Museum of London, London Symphony Orchestra, the Natural History Museum and the Design Museum.
b2me has also led a series of seminars on Groups and Travel Trade engagement for a wide range of destination clients including: London and Partners, Destination Bristol, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, the Essex Tourism Conference and the National Gardens Scheme.
b2me also provides interim management solutions for clients on a project basis at their offices. Clients have included Ripley's Believe It Or Not! London, English Heritage and Big Bus Tours.
