• Developing content and advising on strategic roll out of a major online training package for international tour operators and travel agents on behalf of Visit Britain.
• Working with a specialist product provider in the heritage sector to introduce their product and develop business successfully on their behalf to tour operators, DMCS and media partners.
• Undertaken development of marketing and business strategy on behalf of a client to assess potential for a new visitor attraction, including trade and consumer marketing, pricing, corporate events strategy, retail and catering services
• Providing interim management and strategic input on behalf of a leading UK trade association
• Providing strategic advice to grow revenue, raise media awareness and assess long term commercial viability for an independent arts organisation
